Angel Daisy is hardy to zone 4. Continuous spring and summer blooming in the landscape<\/p>\n<p><strong>Media and pH requirements:<\/strong> Use a well-drained soil mix with a pH range of 6.0 to 6.5. Water well and allow soil to dry between irrigation. Avoid over watering especially during cool, cloudy weather. 6.0 to 6.5<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fertilizer requirements:<\/strong> 100 to 200 ppm N and alternate with clear water. Angel Daisy is sensitive to high salt levels. Occasional clear-water irrigation is recommended for maximum growth and root quality<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pinching requirements:<\/strong> None required; if a dominant shoot develops, pinching is recommended.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Growth Regulators:<\/strong> none required. Angel Daisy\u2122 have a very branched and compact growth habit naturally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disease and insect pests:<\/strong><br \/>\nThrip and Aphid\u2013Avid\u2122 foliar applications to control Thrip will burn foliage, turning the plants to black, looking like cold damage. It is best to use WP pesticides on leucanthemum.<\/p>\n<p>Pythium, Phytophthora<br \/>\nRoots of Leucanthemum are very sensitive to excessive drying, too wet or high salinity soils. Keep moisture at consistent level and do not over feed.
