Excellent for the garden as the plants do not produce seedling offspring. Fantastic heat tolerance and daylength neutrality allow for year round production.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crop planning from cell packs:<\/strong><br \/>\nPot size: Plants per pot (pp) Crop Time (weeks)<br \/>\n6\u201d pot (15cm) 1 pp 7 to 9 weeks<br \/>\n8\u201d pot (20cm) 1 pp 9 to 11 weeks<br \/>\n10\u201d to 14\u201d pot (25 to 36cm) 3 to 4 pp 8 to 11 weeks<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temperature Requirement:<\/strong> 62\u00b0 to 65\u00b0F (17\u00b0 to 18\u00b0C) night temperatures with a minimum of 60\u00b0F (16\u00b0C) days. Allowing the day temperature to reach 75\u00b0 to 85\u00b0 F (24\u00b0 to 29\u00b0C) is no problem. Clementine\u2122 thrive in warm temperature conditions. Cool temperatures will slow growth and may cause yellowing of foliage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Media and pH Requirement:<\/strong> Water thoroughly and let soil dry between irrigations. Do not keep consistently wet or root rot problems may develop. The first signal of consistent wet conditions could be yellowing of foliage and weak growth. The pH of the soil should be maintained at 5.5 to 6.2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fertilizer Requirements:<\/strong> Feed with a balanced feed at 150 to 250-PPM Nitrogen. In a soil-less mix, additional iron may be required. EC of 1.0 to 1.6 is optimum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pinching Requirement:<\/strong> Soft pinch once the plant is established after transplant but before the stem becomes tough. For larger containers, an additional pinch is recommended.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Growth Regulators:<\/strong> Items used and rates will vary greatly with growing conditions.
